Salford City FC Community Day - A way to Celebrate the City of Salford’s Centenary in Style
As Salford prepares to celebrate 100 years as a City, Salford City FC will be taking things back to the 1920s with reduced price entry for the Sky Bet League Two fixture against Gillingham on Saturday 11th April!
Match tickets have been reduced to just £1.40 to reflect what the average admission price for a ticket at the Peninsula Stadium nowadays would have cost back then.
To help encourage that feeling of community and support, Salford City FC are also opening half of the east stand for home supporters. Any season ticket holders wishing to move to the east stand for this game only should contact the ticket office to move your ticket(s).
The game is also Foundation 92’s annual Community Day, and the Club’s charity will be hosting a free event at Peel Park in Little Hulton, Salford, with family-focused activities that are engaging, provide a community feel, and give people the chance to find out more about the Charity’s work across the region including how they support over 17,000 individuals each year. The event starts from 11:00am BST, and the Foundation will be providing free return travel to the Peninsula Stadium for the game.
