Salford Voices

2026 marks 100 years since Salford was officially granted city status.

As part of Salford 100, Art with Heart are on a mission to capture what it truly means to be from Salford - putting Salfordians firmly at the heart of the centenary celebrations.

Working with community groups and some of the city’s most adventurous artists, Salford Voices will create:

• A brand-new podcast

• A public art exhibition

• A series of pop-up events across the city

Together, they will explore Salford’s past, present and future - telling the story of a bold northern city with a strong sense of identity and plenty to say.
